Privacy Notice

Effective July 20, 2026. This notice explains the information used to operate Void District 3D and its connection to Shring Accounts.

Shring account information

Shring Accounts processes your username, email address, verification status, sign-in providers, secure session records and password hash when you use email sign-in. When Google sign-in is selected, Google provides a stable account identifier, verified email address, profile name and optionally a profile image. Void District does not receive your Google password.

Game information

Void District stores your Shring user ID together with cosmetics, coins, XP, achievements, matches, wins, scores and other gameplay statistics. Guest profiles are temporary server-side sessions and are not linked to a Shring account.

Cookies and browser storage

A secure HTTP-only Shring session cookie is shared across the shring.net domain so you can remain signed in on the landing page and each game. The browser may also store local game settings and a temporary game-session token.

Operational information

The service may record visits, account connections, arena joins, room codes, IP addresses, user-agent information and standard reverse-proxy logs for security, troubleshooting and game analytics.

Email and advertising

Shring Accounts may send verification and password-reset messages. If Google AdSense is enabled, Google may process browser information under its own policies; ad code is not loaded when publisher and slot values are blank.

Retention, security and choices

Account and gameplay records are retained while needed to provide the service, secure it and meet legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Profile settings and network statistics are available at shring.net/profile.
